Google Cached Links are saved links to websites which allows users to access if the page is slow to load or unavailable. It’s a feature that helps web users access webpages when they might be temporarily out of internet signal, such as when their train passes underneath a tunnel.
A web user can check to see whether a cached version of the webpage exists by clicking on the green down arrow that appears to the right of a URL in search engine results pages. Once the arrow is clicked, the option to view the cached page will be presented if that option exists.
