Cached Page

A cached page is simply a webpage that a search engine has saved, either on its own servers or on the browser of a user’s smartphone or computer, so that the user can access that page while browsing offline.

Caching webpages doesn’t just take place to help web users load pages when they are temporarily out of internet coverage. It’s also a system devised by search engines in order to accelerate the loading speed of specific webpages that the user has already visited and viewed. Usually, browsers will cache pages that are static and regularly visited by a web user.
