NavigationUser Experience

The Hamburger Button is a design feature you are likely to have seen across the internet. It’s composed of three horizontal lines, one above the other. It’s used to denote a navigation button, or a Menu button, which web users understand open up a list of options.

Tapping or clicking on a Hamburger Button reveals a larger list of items. This feature is now ubiquitous across the internet and is perhaps one of the most common design features used by websites and applications. It’s a simple shorthand that websites and their designers can use to quickly ensure web users are able to navigate their websites or apps successfully.
