Cached Links appear next to certain search results on Google, providing web users with access to a version of the webpage in question that has been previously saved by Google. This is useful if a web user has briefly lost connection to the internet but needs to check some information on a certain webpage.
To access cached links, web users must click on the downward-pointing green arrow next to the webpage’s URL. The cached option, if it exists, will appear in a dialogue box, which the web user can then click to display the saved version of the webpage. Not all webpages are cached by Google.
