When monitoring your website you should also keep track of the reviews that have been posted about your website so that you can see what others say and this will help you to know where you stand with customers.
Handling Negative Reviews
Keep in mind that you won’t be able to please everyone. There will be someone out there that will not be satisfied with your product. However, it would not be professional for you to respond to the negative reviews, unless you are apologizing for their experience and seeking to help them out.
